Du parkerar bil, lastbil eller bil med släp precis utanför dörren, behöver du kunna ladda elbilen går laddplats att ordna!

Här har du allt du behöver för ett kortare boende. Lägenheten ligger centralt på Limhamn nära till Malmö Arena (ca 4 km) och till Malmö city (ca 5 km). Här finns en dubbelsäng, en soffa, ett litet matrumsbord, pentry med kylskåp, spis med två plattor, ugn samt mikrovågsugn. I badrummet finns toalett, handfat, dusch och tvättmaskin. Ankommer du/ni med bil finns goda parkeringsmöjligheter samt möjlighet till elbilsladdare och från Triangelns busshållplats är det enbart 150 meter. Lakan & handdukar, strykjärn, hårfön, schampo, balsam, duschkräm, Bose bluetooth-högtalare mm. finns på plats.

Vi välkomnar gäster till renoverat källarplanet som är ca 60 m2, i vår gamla villa från 1929. Det finns värmegolv, öppen spis, tv, dusch, bastu, badkar, Nespresso, micro, wifi och egen ingång genom carport och verkstad. Obs! Inget kök. I sovrummet finns en 160 cm säng och i tv-rummet en bäddsoffa (140 cm) Ni är välkommen att vara i trädgården som har en uteplats i hörnan. Eftersom det är trappor ner är det inte handikappvänligt. Det är gratis parkering på gatan men datumparkering.
