Walking, hiking, biking, fishing & ORV riding is directly out the front door. 4x4 or AWD vehicles recommended in winter months.

Our townhome is an ideal base for all your alpine adventures in the San Juans. Come for world-class ice climbing, trail time in Mt. Sneffels wilderness, downhill skiing in Telluride or Ouray or just to relax in the Hot Springs right across the parking lot. With views out every window and a private deck to take it all in, we hope you find yourself in love with this "little Switzerland" mountain town like we are. In the winter, when the leaves have dropped, you have stunning mountain views; in the summer, it feels like living in a lush forest tree house.

This guest studio is surrounded by tall Ponderosa Pines. The deer love to hang out in the shade of the oak brush during the day. There is a front/back porch to enjoy Colorado sun with your own private hot tub (included in the price). Sorry, no pets!
