Tropea - appartamento sul mare nel Centro storico

Tropea è la perla della Calabria. Un posto di mare bellissimo dalle acque cristalline. L'appartamento è sopra la più bella spiaggia di Tropea con splendida vista sul mare azzurro, a 10 minuti da Capo Vaticano e vista sulle Eolie al tramonto. E' in pieno Centro Storico, vicino a ristoranti, spiagge, vita notturna e trasporto pubblico. Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: atmosfera, gente, quartiere, spazi esterni e luce. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, famiglie (con bambini) e gruppi.

L'appartamento, in un piccolo borgo marino sulla costa, ha una meravigliosa terrazza sullo Stretto di Messina, inserito nel Patrimonio dell'Umanità. La spettacolare vista mozzafiato sia dalla terrazza della mansarda che dalla veranda del soggiorno infondono indimenticabili emozioni e momenti di relax. L'appartamento, situato al 2° piano di un immobile sito nel centro storico di Taormina, dispone di una camera da letto matrimoniale, bagno con doccia, cucina/soggiorno (con divano letto matrimoniale) e balcone. L'alloggio è dotato di aria condizionata, riscaldamento, TV Smart 50” LED con ricezione satellitare, wifi gratuito, cassaforte e asciugacapelli. A pochi passi si trovano bar, ristoranti, pizzerie, la fermata dei bus urbani, la stazione dei taxi e la funivia che collega la città al mare.

Pretty panoramic villa, consisting of 2 small apartments in an exclusive setting, ideal for moments of relaxation immersed in nature and away from traffic but a short walk from the centre! THE STRUCTURE IS ACCESSIBLE FROM THE MAIN ROAD ONLY THROUGH A PRIVATE HILL WITH ABOUT 80 steps, therefore it is not suitable for children, the elderly and people with mobility problems. finding parking in Taormina is difficult in high season! therefore the CAR is NOT RECOMMENDED. POOL IS FOR EXCLUSIVE USE
