Known locally as The A-Frame of Saugatuck, this historic landmark was originally built in the 1950s, and in 2022, the Sinchaks decided to renovate the home while preserving as much of its historic nature as possible. The home remains less than 15 feet from the water’s edge and its iconic, A-shaped roof remains its most recognizable feature.

For larger groups, ask about availability to also rent one of our affiliated cabins nearby.

Guests have separate and private apartment (with Smart Lock) on bottom floor of (occupied) home with private patio overlooking huge ravine. Our home is surrounded by over 20 acres of woods, yet we are only minutes from grocery, restaurants, golfing and beaches.

Macatawa Manor has four stories of living. Built in 1910, this home retains much of it's original elegance, while modern updates make this a dream vacation home!
