Its prime location benefits of the walking distance from the sea(about 300 m) and the close proximity to the vivid center of Parikia which is known for shopping, dinner and drinks. The villa can accommodate up to 8 guests, giving them also the opportunity to relax outdoors, since the villa offers various exterior sitting and dining spaces, including a BBQ area.
