This is a lovely and welcoming apartment with a patio in the center of Florence, 2 + 2 beds, and is newly renovated. It is located on the ground floor (no stairs) of a characteristic building in the district of Santa Croce, in the heart of the historic center. It was renovated by the owner, an architect with twenty years of experience, who wanted to preserve and enhance the features and characteristics typical of an ancient Florentine house: wooden beams, antique portico with stone column and brick arches. It consists of an entrance hall, a living room with dining area and relaxation area, a sofa bed, a sleeping area with a French double bed and separated by curtains, a private courtyard with a fountain, and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment gets great sunlight and is very quiet because it overlooks the private courtyard. It is warm in winter and cool in summer and equipped with every comfort: independent heating, air conditioning, free wifi internet access, books, magazines, tourist guides in Italian, English, French, German, and maps. There is a fully equipped kitchen, including coffee, oil, salt, sugar, and a large selection of teas. Dishwasher and washing machine. Because the apartment is located in the heart of Florence where only Florentine residents are permitted to park, it is necessary to leave your car in one of the parking garages near the apartment (fee €. 20-25/day). You can easily walk to every place of artistic and cultural interest. If you arrive by train, you can walk or reach me directly by bus. If you arrive by plane you can take a taxi directly to my front door. This district is the most charming of the city and the street is quiet and peaceful. Affascinante bilocale in pieno centro a pochi passi dal Duomo, in una nobile strada, ricca di negozi e di vita, sia di giorno che di notte. L'appartamento, affittato in uso esclusivo, è composto da un ingresso con angolo studio, una camera da letto per due persone, una cucina affacciata su di un grande salone e sala da pranzo, e un bagno. La particolarità dell'appartamento è costituita dalla presenza di un'antica cucina maiolicata con camino, essendo lì locate le antiche cucine del palazzo.

Costruito nel 1450, questo Loft rappresenta l'unione tra moderno a antico. Il palazzo é l'antica residenza della famiglia della Gioconda. La stanza principale, con un soffitto molto alto e un pianoforte è il fulcro dell'abitazione. L'appartamento é molto accogliente e decorato. Per check-in anticipati o posticipati c'è un sovrapprezzo di 15€.

Situato nel cuore della città, Askadinya Florence è adatto a tutti i tipi di viaggiatori. Un intero loft molto accogliente dotato di angolo cottura, zona pranzo, tv, wifi, camera da letto e bagno. All'ultimo piano di un caratteristico edificio fiorentino, qui troverai un ambiente confortevole dove potersi rilassare ad un passo dai divertimenti della città. L'appartamento è ideale per due persone ma può accoglierne fino a tre (il divano composto da comodi materassi diviene il terzo letto).

È disposto su due livelli e composto da soggiorno con divano letto e angolo cottura con ampia sala da pranzo, la camera da letto é situata al piano superiore e dispone di un letto matrimoniale con guardaroba.
