The living room/ bunk room has two single beds, fridge, toaster, microwave. We have a wonderful, wooded location near Maine beaches and the University of New England. We are just minutes from Hills Beach and Fortunes Rocks Beach. Kennebunkport the city of Portland and Old Orchard beach are close.

We strive to offer a thoughtful balance between modern amenities and a natural setting. This space is perfect for two guests, with a maximum of four who are comfortable sharing tiny accommodations. The Cozy is a small A-frame cabin that features a wall of glass overlooking beautiful woods with a little stream winding through. The cabin is 11/10 romantic and surprisingly comfortable for such a small space. Outside you have a charming seating area with bistro lights, Adirondack chairs, and a fire pit to enjoy a crackling fire.
