There are plenty of amenities on the estate which include a swimming pool, miniature golf (putt putt) course, tennis courts, squash courts and a club house. The is a bus stop towards Cape Town and a Melkbosstrand right outside the estate. In addition, taxis and Über are easily and readily available. Affordable car hire is also accessible. Cleaning and Linen Changes: Should your stay be longer then 5 days we will provide you with a linen and towel change should you require. Please be aware we are suffering a severe drought and would appreciate it if these linen changes are spread out as much is possible. Should you require a cleaning of the apartment, you can request this and a cleaner will be provided. This at an additional cost of R200 per clean. Linen change is at no cost.

Guests have exclusive access to all areas of the main house I do not live in the property but I am available when needed The area is most central to all of Cape Town, set amid very hip and historic spots. The neighborhood is home to a number of restaurants, cafes, and shops. The square in front of the house has ample free public parking available for cars. Uber is the quickest, most convenient and affordable way to get around. The nearest hop on, hop off bus stop is 150m from the house. For public transport the nearest MyCity bus stop is 400m from the house. Cleaning and laundry service is available by arrangement The area is most central to all of Cape Town, set amid very hip and historic spots. The neighborhood is home to a large number of restaurants, cafes, and shops.

I am an artist, so my studio (opposite to apartment entry) will be locked as I will use it as a storeroom. Head to Saunders’ Rock Tidal Pool on hot days for a refreshing dip. Unfortunately we only have street parking, but we are 100m from the MyCiti bus stop and we have found that most guests find using Uber, most convenient.
