Placed on the picturesque Walker Flat Lagoon this adorable little home has everything for the perfect getaway for Couples, families or small groups. Relax on the deck with a bbq, over looking the lagoon and cliffs. Large private yard with lush lawn perfect for kids and dogs to play. The fire pit is perfect for toasting marshmallows and star gazing at the dark sky reserve. Set back from the main river for a more peaceful getaway, only 2 minutes to the boat ramp and public river bank and kiosk.

Chesterdale is in the heart of Kuitpo forest on 32 acres, surrounded by 8,900 acres of pine plantations and native forests. Perfect for walking and riding, the Heysen and Kidman trails are accessible through our back gate. Famous McLaren Vale and Adelaide Hills wineries are nearby. While the guest suite is attached to the main house, it is quite separate and totally private. A 50 minute drive from Adelaide’s CBD and a 20 minute drive from southern beaches, it is perfect for a weekend escape.

WHISTLER VINEYARD RETREAT

Set on 80acres in the heart of the Barossa Valley this private, self-contained guest wing is surrounded by vineyard and gardens. Our retreat gets you back to nature... with vineyard and scrub walks, (accompanied by at least one of our Border Collies), friendly geese, an inquisitive free-roaming peacock, hens, rescued & wild kangaroos, the occasional Koala and a myriad of birdlife. Under the Oaks is a beautifully converted 1858 church just for couples. Situated in Hahndorf in the stunning Adelaide Hills, just 15 minutes up the freeway, nestled under historic oak trees and within walking distance to the vibrant main street. Luxuriously appointed, it is the perfect space for couples to relax between exploring all the Adelaide Hills and surrounds has to offer.

Stables by the Vines

In 1856, an English stonemason, Thompson Priest, began mining slate in Mintaro. At the same time, he built a home with stables at the rear of his property. Over the intervening years, the stables fell into a desperate state, however, recently, the Stable has returned to life through a sensitive restoration and refurbishment. Set on the edge of Reillys Winery, the Stable is a 100m walk through the vines to the cellar door and further 20 metres to the renowned Magpie Stump Hotel.
