This charming villa, set in two acres of private gardens on the Bluff House Estate in the heart of English Harbour, offers complete privacy and self-contained accommodation for up to four guests. The secluded pool boasts stunning views over Pigeon Beach (just 5 minutes walk) and Montserrat beyond. You will find two large air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and walk-in wardrobes. The wrap-around terrace offers both dining and relaxed seating areas with comfortable Neptune sofas.

The large property sits in 1.5 acres of tropical private gardens, benefiting from full use of amenities included within the price. The villa has recently been refurbished and newly decorated. All the rooms are of a very generous size. Guests have the option of self-catering in the villa enjoying local restaurants in English Harbour or an all inclusive daily charge. The owners have a 7-seater 4x4 to rent.

It was completed in 2019 to the same high standard as the main house, with designer fixtures, fittings and furniture. It is modern and light with full length louvre windows to take advantage of the cooling breeze. The perfect bolthole!
