Nest yourself in a cozy in-law suite on a dead end road that leads to Portland's premier sunset viewing park: Skidmore Bluffs! Great for a couple's getaway, a launchpad for a long awaited concert or just a snazzy spot to call home while you're off exploring the many parks, restaurants and bars that the area has to offer. A separate door along the side of the main house leads you to the private patio and entrance to the Casita. There's no place like home, but this is a close second.

If you are traveling by yourself, please read all the information in the listing to be sure this place is a good fit for you. The studio is located in the corner of the fully fenced and landscaped backyard of my 1910 house. The space is small, about 240 square feet. Public transportation is nearby, including 2 bus stops within 5 minute walks and the MAX train about a 15 minute walk. Several restaurants and food carts are also walking distance.

Designed by the architect homeowner and completed in 2021, it features vaulted wood ceiling, sound dampening insulation and big windows that let the light in, even on the dreariest days of Portland weather. Please note: We live on the property with our young children.
