Die Wohnung liegt super ruhig abseits von jeglichem Straßenverkehr oder anderem Lärm. Der Partschinser Wasserfall ist nur wenige (wenn auch steile) Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es ganz nahe im Dorfzentrum. Außer der Garage (Maße beachten) gibt es keine Parkmöglichkeit.
