In front of the house there is a beautifull bay unique for fast dive. Less than half a mile there is one of the best beaches ever... Agios (saint) Prokopios. The town and the port are about 4 minutes driving and the airport less than 2.

Villa Katerina is a double floor house 62sq.At the first floor there is one living room with kitchen and two single beds .at the second floor there is one bedroom and one big bathroom.There is one big yard 100sq two balconies.The house has amazing sea view from all the floors .It can accommodate up to 4 persons.Also we have barque and hammock.The distance from the sea is 200 meters and the beaches is Placa beach Orkos beach and Mikrivigla Beach

A holiday apartment with landscaped garden, located in a countryside area near the beach of Parasporos and only 4km from the famous Kite Surf beach of Pounda.The apartment consists of 1 bedroom, a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen and a bathroom. A spacious apartment made out of thick stone walls that contains a traditional wood-fired oven and a fireplace ( which are not for use by our guests). It's situated on the top of a small hill by Paroikia so you will have the opportunity to admire a unique view to the gulf of Paroikia and the sunset.

The house has a kitchen and living room that are in one space and 2 bedrooms that sleep 4 people, also one more person can sleep on the living room sofa. It has a large outdoor area with a pool, tables, sofas, sun loungers for a comfortable stay.
