This cozy studio style unit has a queen sized bed, double recliner couch, and roll-away twin bed. Upon arrival, our guests will be welcomed with a fully stocked kitchen, a bathroom with a jetted jacuzzi-style bathtub, and a wood burning fireplace. Enjoy your stay in our mountaintop condo. When you are ready to unwind in the evening, there are plenty of local restaurants and breweries to explore. This condo is located in Cascade Village, which is 2 miles from Purgatory Ski Resort. Please note, the condo is not located in downtown Durango.

The Gondola is a short walk down the river trail.
