Take some time to relax and unwind at the Bear Cave nestled in the San Juan Mountains. This location provides the perfect home base for all of your outdoor adventures whether skiing, kayaking, or hiking it is all within reach. When you are ready to unwind in the evening, there are plenty of local restaurants and breweries to explore. This condo is located in Cascade Village, which is 2 miles from Purgatory Ski Resort. Please note, the condo is not located in downtown Durango.

This eclectic 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located in the Angelhaus complex at Purgatory Resort in Durango, Colorado. It's just a short walk from the main ski lifts and Mountain Village which offers shopping, dining & activities. We recently did several upgrades to our unit including a remodel of both bathrooms and new flooring. Our unit is at the end of the first floor which makes it very convenient for coming and going with skis in the winter and bikes in the summer.

Within 2 - 3 blocks from all restaurants and shops, you'll be hard pressed to find a more convenient location. Starlink internet service and a smart TV. Enjoy the private patio for dining outside. It's a great spot to spread gear out when getting ready for a day adventuring in the mountains. The Guesthouse is accessible from Blair/Empire Street.
