Entrance into the apartment through a screened in porch and double French doors provides privacy and space to relax and enjoy the beautiful outdoor landscape. A large egress window allows natural sunlight into the bedroom on the opposite side of the wall from the kitchen/dining room/living room. High speed internet & YouTubeTV provide entertainment options.

You have the entire apartment all to yourself (kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms and an office). Shared backyard. Portage park is located about halfway between O’hare airport and downtown. It is one of the safest neighborhoods in Chicago. Parking is easy! We’re 2 blocks away from a park (dog park, playground, walking/running path, tennis courts, indoor and Olympic sized outdoor pool). The host couple occupy the main level of this large ranch home, but the basement is dedicated for guest usage. Guests can come and go through a coded entry door into the garage. Use of the back yard, with all its amenities, is available when pre-arranged
