The Old Masham Library - Grade 2 listed

The Grade 2 listed Old Library, Masham sits on the corner of the principle approach in to the Market Square from Swinton. Built in 1856 it originally served as the Mechanic Institute of then Mashamshire. It was designed by the respected William Perkin of Perkin and Backhouse of Leeds in Victorian Italianate style. In 2017-18 its internal was redesigned and fully refurbished by Langton Holdings Ltd. On the side of the building is 7kw EV charging by podpoint so be sure to download the app!

The city is a flat 20 minute walk away, there is a bus stop over the road, it is very close to york university, with a 15-20 minute walk. plenty of shops and takeaways for those who choose not to cook, in the area, with lots of other amenities close by including a laundromat, chemist, computer repair shop and a well stocked charity shop Convenience in abundance!!

This newly refurbished, self contained second floor apartment is in the centre of York. 2 minutes walk from Cliffords Tower and Castle Car Park and very close to the high street. There are two double bedrooms each with its own en-suite toilet. There an L-shaped bath with shower attachment in Bedroom 1, and a full shower in Bedroom 2. The kitchen diner includes a Nespresso machine, kettle, microwave, oven, electric hob, toaster and fridge freezer.

Shay Bank Cottage is nestled amongst the famous Pennine Way and the beautiful Yorkshire Dales countryside, with the market town of Skipton "Happiest place in England", Grassington, Haworth, Bolton Abbey and Ilkley all just a short drive away.. The Lake District is within a hours drive. Free safe parking directly outside the cottage with field views surrounding the property, greeting you with peace and tranquility.

Situated only minutes from the walled city, the studio is a small mews house which I built at the end of my garden in 2012. It lies on a quiet backstreet and feels peaceful and secluded. Inside is a spacious sun-filled loft-style living space upstairs with a shower room downstairs, the Studio provides comfortable accommodation for up to three people. Free parking for one car is available.
