The Tower, Thornton Castle

Accessed by a spiral staircase your space comprises 2 bedrooms for 4 people over two floors in a private wing of the castle with bathroom and small sitting room. Full breakfast included. Set in the foothills of the Cairngorm National Park, this is an ideal stop off between Inverness and Edinburgh. Balmoral Castle, Dunnottar Castle, Glamis Castle and St Andrews are nearby. Close to Carnoustie golf course and other local courses, including St Andrews. 10 mins walk to train station (servicing Glasgow, Edinburgh, etc), supermarket, laundry facility, shops, restaurants and bars. On cycle/walking route. Close to Arbroath and Dundee. Dogs welcome for a fee of £40 per pet. *Please note: there is no washing machine or freezer in the cottage.

It is split over two levels, with bathroom, shower and storage on the ground floor and a fitted kitchen, dining table, a large sofa/double bed, a double bed and storage for clothes on the upper floor. There is a flat screen TV, wifi throughout and off-street parking. We are close to Carnoustie Championship Golf course, the Angus Glens, and beautiful East Coast beaches.

Two bed, two bath with jacuzzi bath in mezzanine bedroom. Wood burner, under floor heating. Access to hot tubs, tennis, large dog friendly gardens. Short walk to Carnoustie - easy access to Dundee, St Andrews, Aberdeen. Recently fully rebuilt in grade B listed Stable Block - Panbride House is a luxury dog friendly (6 acres to run around) complex. On the National Cycle Route - short walk to the beach. TVs in every room - including one that rises from the wall in main bedroom.

The Cow Pads Crail offer you modern style in a beautiful country setting. We are really proud of our converted shipping containers which offer our guests accommodation for two people in a double bed, with ensuite shower room and a small kitchenette. The Cow Pads are fully insulated, 90% powered by green energy from the farm, have incredible countryside views and a delightful decking area. Cow Pad Gertie has an outdoor heated bath, festoon lights and patio area.
