Guests have a private entrance and enjoy the use of two bedrooms, bathroom, living room, fully equipped kitchen and back screen porch. Please note: Hosts live in a separate part of the house and have their own entrance with no shared spaces. Super clean, all blankets and duvet covers are laundered after every guest. This is a fully furnished open floor plan efficiency located on 40 acres of farmland. There is a generator to assure power in case of a power outage. It is equipped with HD premium Dish,Wi Fi, and a full kitchen with all appliances & housewares. A well provides the water, and is a very good quality. The hot water is on demand. It is located next to a pond and fire pit. It is not suitable for children under twelve years of age and maximum occupancy is two.

Trim Pines is the perfect small space for a quiet stay and is enjoyed by guests in every season. Our lower one room walk-out is comfortable for 1 to 2 people for short or long term stays. It is a great place to unwind and relax. This tranquility is located 8 miles from I-75 in Davisburg, Michigan. Our guests enjoy local festivals and concerts at Pine Knob Music Theater, golf at nearby courses and biking and hiking at local County, Metro and State Parks.

Pet/family friendly Relax in this stylish space. It's a very safe area, we know we live across the street. Been in the neighborhood for 7 years with no problems. It's a very quiet, and relaxed neighborhood. Pet friendly, spacious, lots of privacy, and a double lot to walk your dog. No neighbors on one side,quiet retired lady on other. Quaint church on the corner, beautiful yard. Close to the expressway to get anywhere quickly.
