Settle down in front of the quirky, bike-mounted TV for a movie night at an eclectic abode steps from cozy coffee houses and bakeries. Upcycled furniture, exposed air ducts, and a patchwork timber kitchen wall create an unusual interior. Best suited for adults The apartment is fully stocked with all bed linens and pillows, for all of the sleeping surfaces. There are extra pillows, blankets and sheets in the baskets in each room, if needed. I keep all of my cleaning products in closet in the living room, and guests are welcome to use these if they need/want to. I value our guest's privacy, but will be available if needed. The apartment is in the heart of Downtown Black Mountain on Cherry Street, and just three blocks to Lake Tomahawk. This quaint historical town boasts easy access to hiking, mountain biking, golfing, shopping, breweries and sightseeing. Restaurants and shops within walking distance. Uber is available. Asheville City bus line also available. This space is located above the owner's shop, so if anything is needed by our guests, we are available.

Shalom Cottage TOXIN FREE/Filtered Shower

Find a refuge in the heart of NC at this cozy haven at the base of Rainbow Mountain. Nestled at the end of a gravel street right next to our residential home, our cottage offers a secluded space for rest and relaxation while remaining a mere stone's throw away from the attractions of Black Mountain. Snuggle up with some tea during brisk weather, or enjoy a morning coffee on the porch while the sun is shining. You can expect occasional visits from ducks, rabbits, deer, and bears. Come and rest.

Cabin in the Clouds

Cabin in the Clouds is a beautiful, one bedroom vacation home in a secluded, private community that's very quiet and has been renovated in 2023. The bathroom was completely remodeled, new living room furniture, new marble top dining room table, refurbished bedroom, new floors. There's a beautiful view from our porch that has deck furniture and propane grill. Inside is an open layout with open beam ceiling and pine paneling. Black Mountain is a quaint vacation town, you will love this place.

Stunning Chalet 18 min from Downtown Asheville

This newly built chalet is exquisite. The attention to detail the builder paid to this property is stunning. Only 18 minutes from downtown Asheville and the Biltmore Establishment. Enjoy the rain shower upstairs or soak in the stand alone tub. Warm up while roasting marshmallows at the outdoor fire pit. You will be only minutes from the hidden gem that is downtown Black Mountain, while still being close to everything Asheville has to offer. Up to two dogs allowed with $75 pet cleaning fee.

Enjoy slow pace

This is a 1940's stone cottage. Great fenced in yard with covered area with fire pit, grill, and seating and eating area. Great place to relax and let your worries roll away ( my personal favorite is the Eno hammock). The house also has a great front porch with porch swing. The house is a 2 bedroom 1 bath. It also has sleeper sofa and cot for little ones. It is one mile to downtown and one mile to Montreat college . Pets are welcome, a maximum of 2 dogs, there is a $50.00 pet fee .

The RhodoDen

As its name suggests, The RhodoDen is a cozy 1974 Airstream Argosy nestled among the rhododendron of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Set along a trickling creek with a bonfire ring and a view of nearby Watch Knob, this is "glamping" at its finest. RhodoDen provides an idyllic place to relax, and is a great basecamp for hiking adventures, dining and nightlife in Asheville and Black Mountain, both of which are only 15 minutes away. Plus we are pet friendly! Update 3/24: We built a roof!
