I locali interni sono tutti condizionati e la cucina è in muratura. L'immobile è immerso nel verde, fa parte di un residence e la spiaggia è a circa 250 metri. Soltanto a 7 km si può visitare la famosa e turistica cittadina arabo-normanna di Cefalù, a 65 km. la città di Palermo, a 150 km. Agrigento, Trapani/Erice/Marsala, a 170 km. Catania.
