Built in 1759 and situated in its own grounds on a former part of the Craigiehall Estate, its Grade A listed for its stunning portico displaying the arms of the 1st Marquess of Annandale. It sleeps 3 people – there is a double bed in the bedroom and also a large couch in the living room. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely bathroom with a powerful shower. You will have access to my library of books, fast broadband Wifi, TV with Netflix + Amazon Prime and a Gooogle home with Spotify.

It is in an ideal location to explore our wonderful city. It is situated on the third floor and on one side has superb views of the Edinburgh landscape such as Calton Hill with its eclectic collection of monuments, on the other the Royal Mile itself - a great place to watch the pageantry at Festival time.
