Full stocked kitchen, books, games, toys & extra amenities to make your stay beyond relaxing. 4:20 allowed in backyard & not in view of under the age of 21. Private smoking area in front too. Minutes away from 2 State Parks, 1 with free boat/kayak launch. Several marinas, boat rental, golf courses & huge variety of entertainment. Grill, have a fire in the fireplace&fire pit.Bring your fishing poles! Time 2 RELAX in privacy. When not traveling, I live in main part of home. You won’t see me. No extra guests.

Even though you are less than a mile from downtown St. Charles and 4 miles to the Geneva train station you have a private area. You may see deer out your window overlooking the pool and tennis. Not suitable for children or pets.

The residence feature a beautiful kitchen; large dining area adjoins the kitchen as does a brightly sun shined living room complete with big glass doors overlooking the water. A picturesque living for both work and play awaits!
