Confortevole appartamento di 40 metri quadri al primo piano raggiungibile da una rampa di scale di circa 20 gradini.Può ospitare fino a 3 persone preferibilmente 2 adulti e un bambino, situato nel cuore di Mazzeo (Taormina mare) a soli 20 metri dalla spiaggia. Dotato di tutti i confort e di nuova costruzione.Sotto casa c'è la fermata del bus e a 5 minuti la stazione dei treni. Il parcheggio è libero in strada. A pochi passi ci sono bar , alimentari,ristoranti ,pub insomma tutto il necessario.

It is is on the ground floor of a villa surrounded by a large fenced Sicilien garden, in front of the largest and beautiful beaches of Taormina. The apartment has three bedrooms, two kitchens, and two bathrooms and a private entrance in the garden. It is close to restaurants, shops, and buses to the historic center. It has free private parking for one car. Upon arrival guests are required to pay a daily tourist tax (set by the municipality of Taormina) of €3 per adult (over 12 years of age).
