E' indipendente, con doppio accesso dall’esterno e con giardino delimitato. Era in origine la limonaia e casetta del giardiniere della proprietà. Trasformata in un open space bello e accogliente, 3/5 posti letto offre un soggiorno comodo e confortevole a coppie o famiglie che vogliano visitare la verde Umbria.

Incastonata nel giardino, spazioso e molto curato, si trova la bellissima piscina, mentre a pochi metri all'interno della proprietà si accede all'affascinante spiaggia incontaminata del fiume con accesso privato dove è possibile fare bagni rilassanti o percorrere sentieri.
