A 2.5* bedroom, 2 bath, two-story home on all-sports Gilletts Lake in Jackson, MI two minutes off of I-94. The entire home has been remodeled and features a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops. The open floor plan provides beautiful views of the lake - sometimes you may feel that you are ON a boat! Bring your boat or enjoy the kayaks and paddleboards to explore this peaceful lake. There is a nice sandbar a short paddle from the house. *“Half” bedroom is a loft bed on second floor.

Full private apartment lakefront (NOT ENTIRE HOUSE) with many opportunities to relax! Swim in the heated pool (SEASONAL), hot tub (open all year), Sauna, fish, kayak, bonfire, walk or bike the nearby trails, relax under the gazebo by the lake, cook at the outdoor kitchen (Seasonal)/fireplace patio .We accommodate small bachelorette parties, wedding parties and have other properties nearby for additional rentals if needed. Welcome to our treetop dwelling. This little building was once a mason’s shop, then a cabinet maker's. Beautifully remodeled with radiant heated floors, a modern kitchen and objectively the best view in town. Perched on a bluff overlooking the Huron river and the Ann Arbor cityscape beyond, it feels removed but that’s the beauty of it: it’s a 5 minute walk to Kerrytown and the farmers market, 10 min to downtown, 5-min Uber to the big house. Argo park and river trails are your back yard!

Chelsea Lake House, Game Room, & Pontoon-rental

Come bike, hike, fish, kayak, boat and have a fire right on the shore of the lake, yet close to picturesque downtown Chelsea (3 miles) that features bars, shopping, excellent restaurants and we’re a short drive to downtown Ann Arbor/UoM Stadium (18 miles). We cater to families and business people alike with a fully renovated home, kayaks (5), paddle boat (life jackets provided), game room with ping pong, darts, table for poker, stone fire pit, etc. PONTOON RENTAL NOW AVAIL for addit fee.

Enjoy our hot tub all year long. Canal views with free access to pedal boat, SUPs, and kayak. Relax by the indoor gas fireplace or fire pit. Guest rave about nearby wineries and walking trails. UM football : 30 miles to the Big House. Equestrians- Waterloo Hunt: 9 miles. We offer dog-friendly accommodations (pet fee required). Want a pontoon to explore the lake? Our lakefront apartment and property overlooks a peaceful canal and lake that is surrounded by woods. We are connected to the all sports Halfmoon Lake Chain with access to 8 lakes. Our property is the perfect place to start your paddling adventure with lots of nature to experience! We are in the heart of the Pinckney Recreation Area, home to the Potawatomi Trail. Great for biking, hiking, cross country skiing and snowshoeing. The perfect place to sit, relax, and watch the sunset.

Make memories with time at the lake. 2 Bedroom/1 bath cottage on "all sports" 550 acre Round Lake. This cottage is perfect for a single family of up to 5 people. Plenty of room on the dock for you to bring your own boat for this great fishing and skiing lake or you can rent my pontoon boat. This cottage shares the lakefront, firepit, dock with 2 other cottages. My shoreline has a hard sand shallow bottom for great swimming for kids of all ages.
