The apartment sits across from the 97th St boardwalk concessions, offering a delicious variety of food, live music, and dancing. More food/bar options, surfboard rental, the A train, and the Ferry are only a short walk away. In the warmer weather, the balcony is perfect for dinner and drinks. I live in the apartment as well and will be here during your stay but work long hours so you won't even notice I am there.

Amazing Peaceful Stay by the Beach – OCD Level Clean, strong water pressure. Manhattan skyline view, 30 minutes from JFK airport, 45 Minutes from Manhattan by car or transportation. Every detail is cared for with love. This cool rooftop bedroom listing is located on the top floor of my home. It is very spacious and comfortable; there are two balconies located on the opposite end of the room. This is a unique and alternative to expensive Manhattan accommodation. Enjoy!

The home is located half a block away from Rockaway Beach, on a quiet dead-end street. Rollaway room is located in a 3-bedroom Condo on the Second floor, Hosted by Alina, the Owner and Resident within the Building. The host will be present in the building with the guest.
