Also, within a block you have the convenience of a wawa, ice cream shop, pizza, sack'o sub shop, other sit down restaurants, coffee shop, liquor store, and bike shop. 1/2 block to the beach, on LBI, open and bright space, beautiful ground level porch for AM sun and people watching. Parking for 2 cars. Quiet location on coveted Ocean Blvd in Brant Beach, LBI, but walking distance to bike rentals, seafood, and ice cream. PLEASE NOTE 7/10/2026 to 8/28/2026- Friday to Friday rentals only.
