Romantic, Stone House with Ocean Views

Unwind at this stunning French Provencal beachside cottage. The house was lovingly built with stone floors, high-beamed ceilings, and antique details for a luxurious yet charming feel. Enjoy the sea and mountain views from the pool, lush garden and private patio leading off the living area Beautiful French Provencal stone cottage set in private indigenous garden overlooking Llandudno beach. The cottage was lovingly built with exceptional attention to detail, including stone floors, high beamed ceilings, antique light fittings, French wrought iron work and wooden shutters. It comprises a double bedroom with French doors leading onto private gravel patio with sea and mountain views and breakfast table shade by tall proteas, bathroom with bath and shower tiled in travertine (also mountain views!), lounge with kitchenette and covered "sundowner" patio with magnificent sea views. The lounge and kitchenette are fully equipped with TV, fridge, convection microwave, hot plates, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle toaster, coffee machine etc. There is a stone table and chairs on patio where you can sip your cocktails at sunset as well as loungers to soak up the afternoon sun while overlooking the ocean. The beautifully furnished bedroom comprises a queen-sized bed with down duvet, French antique linen and cotton quilt. Fluffy white bath towels as well as beach towels and umbrella are provided. The Victorian roll-top bath has wonderful mountain and garden views through sash windows The cottage is surrounded by a beautiful garden planted with indigenous plants as well as an assortment of cooking herbs, which you are encouraged to use. Guests are welcome to make use of the large swimming pool and pool loungers located next to the cottage. We also have access to squash and tennis courts as well as a yoga school located 300m from the cottage. The beach is ± - 5min walk away. There is under-floor heating throughout and a gas fire place in the lounge for cosy winter evenings Guests have access to lbeautiful landscaped garden and arge swimming pool. Cottage is a 4min walk down to the beach Owner lives on the property in a separate private residence and is always available for advice on dining, site seeing etc Situated in the spectacular enclave of Llandudno which is on the Altantic coast between Camps Bay and Hout Bay. Llandudno beach with its fine white sand and curling surfing waves is one of the finest in Cape Town, but due to the limited parking is kept unspoilt and for used mainly by locals. Shops and restaurants are a 5min drive away and Table MOuntain 10min, V&A; Waterfront 25min, Constantia Winelands 20min and Cape POint 35min.The sunsets over the Altantic Ocean viewed from the cottage patio are spectacular. LLandudno is on the MY Citi bus route to town centre Camps Bay, Hout Bay and V&A A Waterfront Cottage is serviced daily from Mon to Fri Check in is from 3pm- 6pm unless prior arrangements have been made Check out is at 11am unless prior arrangements have been made Guests have access to beautiful landscaped garden and large swimming pool. Cottage is a 4min walk down to the beach. There is also access to tennis courts situated 4 min walk from cottage. The house is located in the enclave of Llandudno Beach, a locals-only spot with unspoilt, fine white sand and curling surfing waves. Although shops and restaurants are only a five-minute drive away, the area feels peaceful and secluded. Accommodation includes exclusive use of a private, self contained apartment with its own bathroom, kitchenette and TV, adjacent timber deck with sea and mountain views, and a separate living room with work desk, fibre internet & power back up. You have your own entrance & secure parking, and direct access to a pathway leading to the beach. UNFORTUNATELY NOT SUITABLE FOR INFANTS AND CHILDREN UNDER 12.

Slightly higher positioned, to have the most amazing views of the ocean and mountains. The apartment was recently renovated with complete new furniture, you will love it! You are close to everything: Cape Point national park, a handful of beautiful cafés/restaurants within walking distance, a beautiful mountain side, wildlife & the penguin colony.

This is one of Cape Town's environmental and historic treasures. It is a candle-lit hideaway with stunning views of mountain and sea. The Cottage is completely off grid, with fresh water coming off the mountain and energy from the sun. The cottage is built from local materials - stone walls, reed ceilings, blue gum supports. There are glass doors and windows throughout the cottage. The cottage has a beautiful open-plan bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom includes a tub, a toilet and a basin.

Our studio apartment opens up onto a 40sq meter balcony with a panoramic view of the Hout Bay Valley and the Helderberg mountains beyond. Large sliding doors disappear into the walls creating an unimpeded indoor/outdoor flow while the elevated position protects your privacy. The open plan bathroom faces onto an enclosed secret garden which includes a frame-less glass shower. The unit has a fully equipped kitchenette and is serviced daily except weekends and public holidays.

Mountain House

Mountain House is perched at the top of Camps Bay . The house has three bedrooms two with queen size beds, one with a double bed . It has two bathroom areas, two showers one bath , two toilets. A fully equipped kitchen. A fireplace for those chilly nights. It has all the bells and whistles in terms of internet,wi fi , cable TV , webber gas braai, great outdoor areas to chill and of course a pool . There is a battery inverter for the property to mitigate power outages .

Whalehaven: Kalk Bay Apartment with Harbour Views

Kalk Bay is a small village clustered around a working harbour and close to 3 fabulous, white beaches and 3 world-class golf courses. It has narrow cobbled streets and small, independent shops selling clothing and homeware, coffee and ice cream. It's cheerful, colourful, and crammed with places to eat and drink really well, pretty inexpensively too. Walking paths take you up the mountain or to the tidal pools and beaches. Just Kalk Bay is a treat of a holiday!

A tranquil and private mountain retreat where water, forest and mountains will re-awaken the soul. Set high on the mountain slopes of Constantia Nek, Blackwood Log Cabin has panoramic views across the lush valley to the mountains beyond. The 2 bedroomed house sleeps 4 with 2 bathrooms. Power outages are being experienced by SA - the oven/stove is gas, the hot water is gas, the internet is solar driven and we have 2 battery lights for guests use.

Zora's Paradise with a pool just for you

This 50 m2 studio is a nice and open space with a bathroom and a fully equipped open plan kitchen with ceramic hob and oven. There is a pool in front of the studio and a wooden roof terrace at the back. The pool and both outside areas are for your use only. The apartment accommodates 4 people. You will have as much privacy as you want. Our place is good for couples, families, business people and solo adventurers.
