Appartamento indipendente all'ultimo piano di una casa abitata dai proprietari. Completamente ristrutturato dotato di aria condizionata e di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Agli ospiti è fruibile un giardino con lettini e ombrellone dove prendere il sole, pranzare o fare il barbecue. E' possibile depositare le biciclette all'interno della proprietà.
