On the second floor (top) of a Villa of the early' 900 , 3 minutes walking from the Palazzo del Cinema, where The Biennale Movie Festival takes place, and 10 minutes from the pubblic beach. La dependance is a 45 square meters’ cozy, comfortable and fully renovated modern studio. The studio is on the top 3rd floor of an historical liberty villa, where my grandparents used to spend their summer time during the ‘50’s, in Venice Lido. It is located along the main street of Lido, the Gran Viale.
