And a nice front porch to relax.

Additionally coffee is provided along with a fully outfitted kitchen with a laundry room located on-site (not in unit). This apartment is tastefully decorated and modestly priced. Check Custom epoxy dining table. Check Samsung The Frame TV. Check Light strip on the wall that would make Luke Skywalker jealous. Check And the chefs kiss? A massive hot tub that we probably splurged a hair heavy on. But what we call an investment, you will call the best part of your trip.

Knotty pine finishes, Quartz countertop, maple tiles in the bathroom, parking in backyard under 24/7 cameras record (1 spot available) or on street parking (unlimited time). Fast private wifi 6 and Ethernet are available (max download 1Gbs, upload 1Gbs) NO ANIMALS/PETS are allowing inside the studio: $1000 fine if you would bring it in. NO SMOKING of any kind are allowed. IF YOU Would smoke, you will be fine $500.

Exposed brick and old murals (seen in the photos) harken back to the building’s more than 130 year age and is located above a teahouse and a yarn store. We live right across the hall so are available for help, questions, or recommendations for local restaurants and other highlights
