This newly constructed in-law suite offers cozy and clean comfort. It's 250-square feet of space but perfectly laid out so everything you need is there without feeling crowded. Many of our guests come for a quiet and relaxing weekend or to work remotely in a cozy spot. We live in the attached house but the space you are renting is completely private--with a private entrance and no shared spaces. There is a brick wall between the spaces so we won't hear you and you won't hear us!

The studio is the entire English basement of my home overlooking the bay, with radiant heated floors, located one mile from the ocean beaches. You have your private entrance and have the studio to yourself. I live upstairs. Bikes and kayaks available. Dogs are welcome (no more than 2 medium-sized dogs, and no other pets, sorry).

The main bedroom has 2 different kind of mattresses: one for people who like a soft mattress and one for those who prefer a firm mattress. Keep in mind that this is a basement apartment and noises made by those upstairs can sometimes be heard. Additionally, our children often wake up early.
