Localizada en las afueras de Santa Catarina Palopó, Villa Black & White es el lugar perfecto para un retiro con familia y amigos. La villa cuenta con dos habitaciones, cada una con dos camas matrimoniales, TV, baño con regadera y balcón con una excelente vista del Lago Atitlán. Abajo se encuentra un espacio amplio con sala, cocina totalmente equipada, comedor, bar y terraza con jacuzzi privado.
