Das LouVi Apartment befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Lage und ist mit einem Schlafzimmer, Küche sowie Bad ausgestattet. Die Wohnung wurde komplett renoviert und voll ausgestattet. Bettwäsche, Fön sowie Hand- und Duschtücher sind inclusive. In der Küche finden Sie eine Kochplatte, Microwelle, Backofen, Kühlschrank sowie Töpfe und Geschirr. Parkplatz und W-LAN inclusive. In 5 Minuten gelangen sie zu der Rheinpromenade, ca. 2km zum Stadtzentrum, 500 m zu der nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeit.

Unsere Unterkunft liegt in einer dörflichen Gegend, aber Sie erhalten hier alles, was Sie für den täglichen Bedarf benötigen. Und soll die Küche lieber kalt bleiben, haben Sie die Wahl zwischen zwei Restaurants, die Sie zu Fuß problemlos erreichen. Hier finden Sie viel Ruhe und wenige Meter nach unserem Haus startet ein schöner Waldweg, der zum Spaziergang oder einer Fahrradtour Richtung Rhein einlädt. Gerne geben wir Ihnen Tips für Ausflüge und stehen bei Fragen zur Verfügung.

A warm welcome to Gengenbach in Kinzigtal, “The romantic pearl” of the Black Forest. Our house is located in a residential area at the edge of town. Forest, meadows, fields and vineyards, for you to explore and enjoy, are within 500 meters of the house. Numerous hiking trails, nice little paths for a short walk, mountain bike trails and Nordic walking trails all start in our neighborhood. Shopping, supermarkets and a bus stop are just minutes away by foot.
