Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

It is very individual and situated in a quiet , rural setting. It has two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The village of Martinstown has an excellent pub and shop. One of the richest areas in the UK for hill forts and ancient earthworks. Very houseproud so regrettably no pets and no smokers.

Sorry no Pets Suitable for only one infant. A barn conversion two miles from the Dorset coast. Set within its own private garden with unspoilt views of Galton Farm overlooking Moreton forest and Tadnoll Heath. Ten minutes drive to Durdle Door, Lulworth Cove and Ringstead Bay. Plenty of coastal and country walks to choose from. The barn consists of one bedroom with a superking bed. Large bathroom and open plan kitchen, dining and sitting area all delightfully decorated.
