Welcome to our private, charming, and truly cozy townhouse with 4 floors, spanning almost 200 m², and featuring a small, cozy, and peaceful backyard where you can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun. The house is ideal for both couples and families with older children. It is a unique and functional home with access to the entire house. A great location where most of Copenhagen can be easily reached by public transport or car. While there is no private parking, there is free parking near the house and in the surrounding area, plus only 300 meters to electric car charging stations. Our house in Valby is not just a place to stay, but also a homely base for exploring Copenhagen, surrounded by nature and with easy access to the city’s amenities. About the House: The ground floor includes an entrance with stairs leading to the first floor, a very large dining room and living room, as well as a well-equipped kitchen with direct access to our cozy backyard. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a large double bed, a small room with a very large wardrobe where you can store your clothes, as well as a bathroom with a toilet and shower. On the second floor, there is the house's second bedroom with a double bed and a crib. From the skylight, you can enjoy the view over our garden and the surrounding neighborhood. In our basement, you have free access to a washing machine, dryer, and clothes drying rack. Valby and Surroundings: Valby offers a unique combination of local shops and cozy cafés. Within a short distance, you’ll find Tivoli, the Zoo, as well as Søndermarken, Frederiksberg Gardens, and Frederiksberg Palace and the Horticultural Society's garden. Practical Information about Shopping and Transport: 800 meters to Danshøj or Hvidovre S-train station with 12 minutes to Copenhagen Central Station, Tivoli, and the city center. 100 meters to the bus to Flintholm Metro. 300 meters to electric car charging stations. 900 meters to a shopping center with a pharmacy and grocery stores (open from 7 AM to 10 PM every day). 700 meters to Vigerslevparken with a playground and opportunities for walking, jogging, and cycling. 1000 meters to Damhussøen – where the running route around the lake is one of the most popular running paths in Copenhagen. 2000 meters to Valby center, a wonderfully cozy oasis with many cafés, specialty shops, and a shopping center/Spinderiet.

Hyggeligt gæstehus ved stranden og parken

Hyggeligt og roligt gæstehus, første række til Kystagerparken og 100 meter til badestrand og havn. Gåafstand (1 km) til S-tog der tager jer til Københavns centrum på 10 minutter. Man kan også let cykle til byen via parken. Huset ligger selvstændigt på grunden (vi bor i et andet hus), og fra den lille solrige terrasse er der direkte udgang til naturen. Huset indeholder et lille køkkenafsnit, et simpelt badeværelse og stue/soverummet (m. god sovesofa m. topmadras, 160 cm. i bredden) samt køkken.

Hyggelig lejlighed med god beliggenhed

En hyggelig nyrenoveret lejlighed med gode transportmuligheder til centrum. Der er et roligt og aflukket udendørs spiseområde med mulighed for grill. Smukke naturomgivelser og gode madoplevelser findes tæt på. Lejligheden har også en altan, hvor man kan nyde solen det meste af dagen. Badeværelset er stadig under renovering, men det er fuldt funktionelt og sikkert at bruge. Bus 1A kører direkte til centrum, og stoppestedet ligger lige på den anden side af vejen. Turen tager cirka 20 minutter.

For enden af stille, blind villavej med sydvendt, helt lukket, børnevenlig have med stor trampolin. Overdækket terrasse med havemøbler og sol hele dagen. Der findes indkøbsmuligheder og restaurant indenfor 750 meter.

Vores hus er rummeligt og har hele 5 værelser 2 badeværelser og biograf Vores hus ligger ca 6 km fra centrum af København, 600 m fra skoven, 500 m fra sø hvor der også ligger et fransk brasserie, 5 km fra Hvidovre strandpark - tæt på hovedstaden og natur. Naturoase i Valby. 1. sal i huset. Grænser lige op til Vigerslevparken og har stor altan med fantastisk udsigt. Soveværelse, stue, køkken, gæsteværelse/kontor og badeværelse med bruseniche og lille badekar. Plads til 4 personer. Haven deles med vores søde underboer og er udstyret med alverdens blomster, trampolin og en terrasse som deles med underboen. Bemærk at billederne af altanen er fra før vi flyttede. Altanen er dog stadig møbleret, så man kan spise derude og solbade.

I vores villalejlighed får du ro, plads, adgang til have, en børnevenlig strand og park - samtidig med, at du hurtigt kan komme ind til centrum af København. Lejligheden rummer tre værelser, en stor stue, badeværelse, køkken-alrum, en stor terrasse og adgang til en frodig have med gynger, grill og trampolin. Lejligheden er børnevenlig, og der er gratis parkering. Det tager 20 minutter at cykle til Vesterbro og centrum af København - og turen tager 8 minutter i tog.
