One bedroom lower of duplex in residential neighborhood. Bright and cheery atmosphere, I keep a lot of my things here, but there is also plenty of room for yours. TV in living room with netflix, fast wi-fi shared with upper unit. Great restaurants and bars within walking distance. Air conditioning is window unit in bedroom only. We allow children and pets but unit is not child proofed or pet proofed and there is no available baby equipment. Pets are limited to 1-2 well behaved animals.

A vintage, lower flat in a 100-year-old duplex with modern comforts and conveniences. Perfect for short or long stays while visiting Milwaukee. Our Walker's Point house is recently renovated, nearly everything is new. Relax in this stylish space which includes a private backyard, w/rear & front decks. Located next to cafes and some of Milwaukee's best restaurants. It is also within walking distance to the Summerfest grounds. We are minutes from Downtown Milwaukee, bike trails and the pedal taverns are just a block away from the house. We just recently added a new hot tub!

This 2 BR duplex upper apartment is located in Milwaukee's Riverwest neighborhood, 2 miles directly north of downtown. It is furnished with many vintage mid-century furnishings, including a working HiFi. There is a garage space for your use during your stay, and ample street parking right in front making it easy to come and go. The kitchen has dishes, pots, pans, and all the utensils you will need during your time here.
