The living room is equipped with a sofa bed (queen size). There is a door to allow for additional privacy separating the sofa bed from the other two bedrooms for more comfortable sleeping arrangements. Private hot tub and access to a shared professional pickleball court with only two other properties.

It has a living space with 2 couches/2 chairs and another flat screen TV. The kitchen has an electric range stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, sink, coffee maker, toaster. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Both bedroom /living room have heater/ac units. Charcoal/ propane BBQ Grills. 4 chairs and counter for dining

Mona's Place is a remodeled home on highway 89. It is ideally located close to 3 national parks, one state park, and Lake Powell. The White Mountains seen from the back yard are magnificent. Everything in the home is new except we kept some of "grandma's" things. The home has a country/farm atmosphere. There is a back patio/porch where you can enjoy the sunsets on the White Cliffs, and a back yard with grass. We would love to have you visit Mona's Place.
