Benvenuto a casa mia! Dopo un breve scambio conoscitivo e un piccolo aperitivo di benvenuto, cucineremo insieme un menù tipico genovese (un antipasto, un primo piatto di pasta, un secondo e un dolce) e vi racconterò un po' di storia e di curiosità sulla cucina ligure e sulle sue tradizioni Mangeremo poi quanto cucinato con la mia famiglia (e' compresa acqua illimitata e una bottiglia di vino ogni due ospiti!) Condivido molto volentieri ciò che ho imparato da mia mamma, mia suocera e dai corsi di cucina che ho frequentato: non sono uno chef professionista!!!

During the class you’ll learn how to make authentic Ligurian food. Such as Focaccia, Torta cappuccina (a vegetable pie), Pansoti (Ligurian ravioli filled with a cheese similar to ricotta cheese and borages) and of course Salsa di Noci (walnut sauce). Once finished, we will have a nice meal together, we will drink good homemade italian wine and you will get you recipe booklet. Other things to note Wear proper closes suitable for cooking. In questa lezione di cucina imparerai a cucinare uno dei piatti più tipici della tradizione ligure partendo da zero: naturalmente sto parlando della pasta al pesto! Impasteremo pasta fresca di diverso tipo: corzetti,trenette,gnocchi,testaroli o trofie, utilizzando utensili tradizionali ed impareremo le tecniche per modellarla. Dopodiché prepareremo il famoso pesto con gli ingredienti autentici, ovviamente con l'uso di mortaio e pestello! Ti accoglieremo con un aperitivo/spuntino di benvenuto nella nostra meravigliosa location, un giardino fiorito a due passi dalla stazione di Genova Piazza Principe e una volta preparato il nostro piatto pranzeremo insieme.

In a unique trip, away from the tourist flow, we will paddle along the Genoise east coast, where in the seventeen hundreds the Russian wheat was worked in local mills and pasta factories to produce excellent pasta, appreciated till the South America; we will paddle to "porticciolo Nervi" a small fishing harbour where we can land for a gelato stop. Then moving along the Anita Garibaldi promenade, till the east edge of the town, we arrive under Villa Giannettino Luxoro, a gorgeous bourgeois nineteen hundreds villa, standing on a vertical cliff, facing the sea. Then we move back to the starting point. And why not? Varazze is part of the Ligurian Riviera known for its clear waters and for its culinary specialties. The rendezvous will be at 5:30 am at the fishing port. Here you'll meet our crew, afterwards you'll be welcomed on board. We'll give you a brief explanation of the work we are going to do, describing the gillnets, places where we are going to fish, and fishes we are looking for. You can watch the crew in action, while having fisherman's breakfast with hot focaccia and a glass of white wine. Other things to note A few days before setting off, we will get in touch to make sure the weather is safe for us to go out at sea. The time varies depending on the season, and therefore also on the type of fishing. The duration of the experience is just an indication, it can vary based on the catch, the weather etc.

we will leave aboard a comfortable boat for the fascinating 5 lands. swimming in coves accessible only from the sea, snorkeling surrounded by colorful fish and the view of the wonderful 5 lands from a unique point of view! Monterosso, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola and Riomaggiore the 5 wonders that inspired poets and writers and where the last disney film Luca was set, from a privileged point of view: the sea! And to conclude with a flourish, an aperitif on board will be offered based on local wine and homemade focaccia from our oven! Far from mass tourism, equipped with every comfort, you will surely experience an unforgettable day of your holidays!

The Cinque Terre may be known for their stunning cliffs and breathtaking hikes, but the best views aren't actually from dry land....... Jump on this awesome boat tour and we'll take you to see the first four Cinque Terre towns (the best of the five!) - you'll swim in the Ligurian Sea just as the sun is setting in and you'll learn tons from your local, English speaking captain, who'll answer any questions you'll have! Eat and drink local wine and food... music.. meet new friends... this will be your favorite Cinque Terre memory! All of our tours will start and end in the stunning marina in RIOMAGGIORE. Groups are small, with no more than 12 guests on board. *Please note that this tour includes only local white wine, water and focaccia. If you do not drink white wine or eat focaccia, feel free to bring any food and drinks with you on board!

I offer Workshops in Painting and Drawing, Plein Air in one of the most romantic spots of Italy for very small groups and individuals. I speak well Italian, English and German. We will be painting and drawing in the enchanting Nature of the Ligurian Coast, and I will share my personal favorite spots : Idyllic places on the rocks or under beautiful trees, with an incredible view above the Mediterranean Sea. I will give an introduction of different techniques of drawing and watercolor painting. You will receive individual advice for the stimulation of your own individual creativity. We will be together enjoying the artistic process in a cheerful and relaxed way. We will create our own free compositions inspired by the beauty and peace of the blue sea, golden sun and green mountains. The Workshop is open for all levels, also for absolute beginners and advanced amateurs.

Incontro alle ore 18 al negozio seifuori che si trova alla stazione FS di Genova Nervi. Da li percorreremo l'antica via Aurelia direzione Recco, famosa per la sua focaccia al formaggio, dove ci fermeremo in una meravigliosa baia per una sosta con possibilità di fare il bagno o semplicemente per rilassarsi sulla spiaggia prendendo l'ultimo sole. Verso le 19.30 ci sposteremo in un locale tipico per gustare un aperitivo con stuzzichini, dove potremo ammirare il tramonto godendo di una vista mozzafiato del golfo Paradiso. Rientro previsto ore 21/21.30.

Ritrovo ore 8.30 per briefing iniziale. La partenza è prevista alla Stazione FS di Genova Nervi, proprio davanti alla nostra sede seifuori. Il percorso inizierà con direzione Portofino passando da Recco nel quale sosteremo per una piccola pausa gastronomica. Percorreremo la Ruta di Camogli, e raggiungeremo Santa Margherita Ligure, e infine arriveremo alla meravigliosa Portofino, nel quale verrà lasciata a disposizione un'ora di tempo per poter visitare il borgo e ammirare il paesaggio. Una volta ripartiti si raggiungeremo nuovamente Santa Margherita Ligure, ma questa volta passeremo per la baia di Paraggi, luogo incantevole e molto suggestivo. Prima di fare rientro verso Nervi, visiteremo una meravigliosa Chiesa Millenaria. Il tour prevede un massimo di sette partecipanti affinché la guida possa essere a completa disposizione di tutti. Avrete la possibilità di effettuare un' esperienza outdoor con amici in alcuni dei meravigliosi luoghi che il levante della Liguria può offrirvi.
