Annex has one bedroom, downstairs is the dine-in fully equipped kitchen and downstairs toilet, first floor has the lounge and third floor has the bedroom and bathroom with bath & shower. The annex is in Selby close to A1 and M62. Thirteeen miles from York. Good train links from London, York and across the Pennines. Good bus to York and Designer Outlet park and ride. The cottage is a Grade II listed barn conversion offering a welcoming base for your stay. Heating is provided by a biomass boiler, so very eco friendly. There is also a wood burning stove to keep you cosy. We are in a quiet village called East Cottingwith: a fantastic base for visiting York and touring Yorkshire. Ideal for cyclists, bird watchers, walkers and anyone who wishes to enjoy a rural location close to the attractions of the city of York. There is no regular public transport.

Naburn Grange Cottage is a farm worker’s cottage attached to an 18th century riverside farmhouse in between the villages of Naburn and Stillingfleet. With easy access to York by car, bus, cycle track or (in the summer months) riverbus, you can explore the city’s history or the beauty of the surrounding countryside. This one-bedroomed cottage is well-equipped and private, with the owners next door for information or advice on your visit.

Church Cottage lies in 2 acres of landscaped gardens in the beautiful village of Escrick, 6 miles from the centre of York. The building dates back to 1850 and is also home to an award-winning Thai restaurant. The Garden Room at Church Cottage is a large, ground floor bedroom with en-suite toilet/shower room and kitchenette. There's a super king-sized bed, unshared outside seating and lovely views of the garden.
