Gîte La Suite N°1- Maison Achard & Fils

L'histoire de Maison Achard & fils est d'abord une histoire de famille, à Chamaret, en Drôme Provençale. Au milieu de 1 ha de chênes, le propriétaire a entièrement bâti cette propriété de pierres sèches, après avoir dessiné ses plans. C'est le projet d'une vie, projet débuté il y a 20 ans. Nous écrivons en 2023 un nouveau chapitre à l'histoire de notre mas, avec l'ouverture d'une annexe de 45 m2, La Suite N°1, destinée à accueillir un couple en assurant excellence et quiétude, en pleine nature.

As soon as you arrive through the high white gates and see the view you know you’re in a special place. Our house is full of surprises: the bedroom with four-poster bed, the elegant retro ensuite bathroom, the ‘salon’ with piano, overflowing bookshelves and antique doors, the light-filled modern kitchen graced with plants, the shaded terrace, deck and hammock overlooking the exceptional landscape of our gardens, pines, olive grove and amazing sunsets over the silhouette of the distant Cévennes.

Le Rosier, calm, peaceful surroundings, parking!

La Rosier is a fully refurbished, bright, cosy, South facing, 4 bed, ground floor flat. In Vaison-la-Romaine, but in a beautiful, peaceful, rural location. There are vines at the rear, and a wood to the front, where double window doors open onto a private, but not enclosed, part shaded patio and terrace. An easy 15-minute walk to the town centre, with views of Mont Ventoux, passes the Roman amphitheatre, the vast Roman ruins of Puymin & the Tourist Information office. Free private parking.

Ce logement spacieux et paisible est proche de tous les sites et commodités : à 4km du pied du Ventoux, à 15 minutes des dentelles de Montmirail, à 20minutes des lacs et rivières, à 25 min de la cité d'Avignon et de son festival de théâtre et des Chorégies d'Orange. De nombreux petits villages et marchés provençaux se situent tout autour. Une piscine adaptée pour les nageurs et famille est à 5minutes. En bas du village, vous trouverez un petit supermarché très complet et une station essence.

Je suis agricultrice en lavandiculture et viticulture. Vous aurez l'occasion de rencontrer nos animaux lors de votre promenade à la ferme. Au cœur de la Drôme Provençale, cette ancienne magnanerie datant du 17ème siècle vous offre un logement récemment rénové et autonome. Idéalement localisé entre le château de Grignan et La Garde Adhémar, vous trouverez à proximité : nos lavandes, sentiers de randonnée, activités en plein air. Un petit tour à l'abbaye d'Aiguebelle complètera votre séjour.

Selon où l'on se trouve, on peut également admirer la crête de Saint Amand. Au-delà des vignes vous pourrez vous promenez dans les bois de la propriété. Le gîte Aloé est un petit paradis d’inspiration méditerranéen sans prétention, caché dans les bois du parc régionnal du Mont Ventoux, et à 700m des gorges du Toulourenc. La piscine chauffée est ouverte de mai à septembre, les bains nordique est disponible et en service toute l’année. Le gîte est implanté sur un domaine dans une zone verte. Il y a d’autres locataires sur la propriété. J’y vie également. J’ai des toutous adorables qui circulent en liberté ! Ici règne l’harmonie….
