Please respect it and treat it as you would your own home. **guests who leave the home messy (especially the kitchen) will be charged for any extra cleaning. This one room studio (no separate bedroom/kitch)in the Edwin B Forsythe National Wildlife Refuge and is a bird watchers paradise with 366 species of birds observed and documented here.Look up Edwin B Forsythe and you will see info on the visitor center with walking trails.) Steps to a private dock for crabbing, fishing or your water toys. Tranquility abounds but close to AC, Brigantine, Historic Port Republic & Smithville Village! This is a fisherman’s wharf clean and comfortable. Not fancy.

The Lighthouse Studio LBI area

The Lighthouse - private lock and key room in my home on the third floor with private entrance. Private bath with rain shower. Living area, chair and couch, large closet, reading nook, dining table with 2 chairs. Kitchenette w fridge, toaster oven, coffee maker, pur water filter, dishes, glasses, silver, microwave, dish towels, cleaning supplies. Queen bed with brand new mattress ! Everything you need is here. Provided are clean sheets, pillows, blankets, shower towels, hand towels.

RELAX... Waterfront studio apt. under main house. Private entrance. Modern, clean & so serene. Paddle-board on the beautiful saltwater creek & view the Osprey and Swans. Take the canoe out or go for a bike-ride. Enjoy grilling & relaxing... there is a large screened porch to read, nap or enjoy your morning coffee. We are pet friendly too! Please no crabbing or fishing on the property. Quiet neighborhood w/no loud parties but we do encourage music, late nights, & laughing out loud☀️

New split air conditioning units have been added as of 2023! Charming waterfront ranch on a quiet lagoon in Tuckerton Beach. Bring your boat to put in at one of our local marina ramps and dock in front of our house for your entire stay! Enjoy the view, kayaks (2), fire pit, and meals on the grill for a true lagoon life experience! We would love to host your fishing trip, get away, or family vacation! Pets are welcome but please include them in your reservation for accurate pricing.
