The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, an oversized island, and a true coffee bar (drip, Keurig, kettle), flowing into a spacious dining area made for gathering. Step out for drinks on the large balcony with sweeping lake views or head down to the shoreline for sun and sand. Outside, enjoy easy water access via stone steps or a paved path leading to the boathouse – replete with a fire pit encircled by Adirondack chairs above - and expansive private dock. Spend your days on the lake with the included kayaks and paddleboards, then linger at sunset with a glass of wine as the water glows. In winter, nearby ATV and snowmobile trails make this an ideal year-round getaway. Located on a peaceful stretch of the Wisconsin River (Below dam). 2 BR/1 bath TVs in BR’s & living room Firewood Jon boat & 2 Kayaks available for use (summer) Mud Creek Boat Landing on Eagle River Chain - 5 min away Eagle River Speedway - less than 1 mile away Note: River can be accessed on the property. There are stairs built in the side of the hill to a narrow path (path redone in Oct 2024 - pictured). New dock in 2026. Path may be difficult to navigate/inaccessible during winter months.

The home is situated on 4 wooded acres (not lakefront) off a well maintained gravel road. Very private. No neighbors in sight. Wildlife is abundant. Dogs are OK w/approval & fee.

The cabin is located very close to the heart of Eagle River, yet secluded enough to enjoy your nightly bonfire in the back with no one in sight! Fox Den is not on water, but the setting is wooded and serene! The cozy cabin surrounds you with beautiful tongue and groove pine interior. The full kitchen is nicely appointed for your cooking needs. We are dog-friendly.
