Surrounded on two sides by park/field space, we're within walking distance of the popular RiNo district, City Park and more ! Once inside the shared back entrance of the house, you’ll go down a few steps to access your private entrance to your own self-contained, studio space featuring a kitchenette and a newly renovated, private bathroom.
