This unit was completely renovated recently, including a completely remodeled kitchen and bathroom, and contains many vintage furnishings. There is a private front entrance for this unit, and there is a garage space and one off-street surface parking space available for your use during your stay. Bay View is a walking community. Our place is close to family-friendly activities, public transport, & the airport. You’ll love our place. It's a short walk to express bus from airport, past downtown, UW-M and to Bayside. Located across the street from Humboldt Park. We are about a 20 minute walk from Lake Michigan. Summerfest grounds a short bus ride away. Winter is fun in the park. Tobogganing (2), skates and cross country skis to use. Hope the sizes fit you. I find if one plays in snow ⛄️ 😌

Close to Lake with Great Ammenities & Breakfast!

I want you to be able to do things here that you can't do in a hotel. If you're grillilng out, having a bonfire or watching movies all night long, you can turn up that volumn as loud as you want all night long! I posted my listing under "entire home" as you do get so much more than just renting "a room". When I have guests I stay in my office or bedroom so my guests feel more comfortable utalizing entire home & yard. In fact, if you don't ask for breakfast, you may not even see me at all.
