A bright airy annexe in a quiet rural setting with views of the countryside and the river Tay. The accommodation comprises one double bedroom, an open plan kitchen/dining/living room and shower room. There is also a private enclosed outdoor area and a shared drive for parking. We are only minutes from Monifieth with it's shops, pubs, restaurants, golf courses and beach with public transport/cycle path giving easy access to Carnoustie, Broughty Ferry and Dundee.

Relax in our beautiful cottage with fantastic views, log burning stove, super king size bed and large walk in shower. Whether you want to be active or just relax, Howden Cottage is a great base to enjoy all the delights of East Lothian. If you want a trip to Edinburgh it's about a 45 minute drive or you can drive to the local station - about 8 minutes away and take the train which is 25 minutes. Parking at the station is free.
