L'Oblò sul mare si trova nel cuore del Salento, Lendinuso, un tranquillo villaggio a pochi chilometri da Lecce, Otranto, Ostuni e dall'aeroporto di Brindisi. La graziosa villetta, recentemente ristrutturata, è composta da due camere indipendenti con letto matrimoniale e una camera a vista con divano letto (due letti ), due bagni, cucina, terrazza vista mare e giardino con barbecue. Le spiagge, pubbliche e private, sono distanti 100 metri dall'abitazione e raggiungibili a piedi in un minuto.

Splendido appartamento al primo piano in palazzina da due piani .Zona centrale. Tutte le finestre e il balcone affacciano sul mare. Pavimento in parquet rovere sbiancato. Arredi moderni e di ottima fattura. Appartamento molto silenzioso . Basta scendere pochi scalini per trovarsi in spiaggia libera o attrezzata. Nelle vicinanze sono presenti supermercati ( Conad , Dok, Eurospin ed altri ) . Sono inoltre presenti piccoli ristoranti, bar e pizzerie .Perfetto per tutti i periodi dell'anno.

Casa adatta anche a lunghi soggiorni, dotata di ogni comfort per il lavoro a distanza: wifi, postazione di lavoro, caminetto, riscaldamento autonomo. Le stanze sono ampie e con soffitti particolari, detti "a stella", tipici dell'architettura antica. Le scale interne sono ripide. Non adatta a chi ha difficoltà motorie e, per le sue peculiarità, a gruppi di ragazzi.
