As soon as you walk in time seems to stop, it will be difficult to leave. There is a magic here, perhaps it's the colors emanating from the natural walls & floor. Breage is perfectly placed for exploring the south and north coasts. Incredible local beaches at Rinsey Cove and Praa Sands are only moments away.

The stables have been lovingly refurbished and boast wood fired hot tub, beams, woodburner, luxurious bathroom - roll top bath and rain shower and a large well equipped kitchen. There are many lovely spots to enjoy; meadow for sundowners, private 1 mile walk - perfect for dog owners, fenced garden with barbecue and fire pit for star gazing.

Delightful shepherd’s hut in peaceful location

Our idyllic shepherd’s hut is perfect for a quiet holiday. We’re off the beaten track, in a small hamlet, with nearby large farm shop/restaurant. We're just a ten minute drive to the long, sandy beach at Gwithian in St Ives bay. The hut is at the end of our big garden, overlooking fields and has its own outside eating area and fire pit/bbq. There’s a wood stove inside for cosy evenings. This is also a good place to work - quiet and with a table by the window, with views across fields.

We are centrally located in the pretty seaside town of Hayle, approximately 5 miles from St Ives, and within walking distance of Hayle's three miles of stunning golden beaches and harbour area. The old school house annexe sleeps two and has a private entrance, open plan dining and living area, kitchen, modern bathroom and comfortable double bedroom.

Whether you like to walk the coast path, explore the beautiful sub-tropical gardens of Cornwall or take a stroll on a beach there’s something here for everyone. We have 11 acres of garden to share with you; a serene lake where you can sit and read a book, chickens to feed and a fire-pit where you can toast marshmallows before you snuggle down in front of your wood-burner. You will find Baileys Little House in the heart of Cornwall. The historic town of Helston is a 5 minute drive away. There is easy access to beaches, the quaint fishing village of Porthleven is nearby while Falmouth and St Ives are a short drive away. Baileys Little House is a small converted barn with all the comforts you would expect while on holiday. It is open plan living with a separate wet room and a cobbled courtyard exclusively for your stay.
