Cabin has 2BR+1 LOFT BR, dining/den area, fully equipped kitchen. MBR-queen bed, Guest BR-bunk beds, LOFT BR-queen bed. 1 +1/2 baths. Porch with view! Cabin maximum is 6 persons. The $159/night charge is for 4 people. There is an extra charge of $10/night per person beyond 4. This 6 person limit includes any combination of adults, children and infants.

Full workspace with Monitor. 1.5 hours from Charlotte. 45 Minutes to Boone and N. Wilkesboro. 1 hour to Asheville. 10 Minutes from GGL Datacenter. Free charging on our level 2 EV charger. Basement is being remodeled currently. Expect a 4 bed/3 bath house in the next couple of months.

One master bedroom and one loft bedroom with 2 full baths. Outside fire pit and indoor wood stove (we provide firewood 🪵) Central A/C (window unit supplements the central a/c in the upstairs portion of the house) and gas heat. Large covered porches on the front and back of the house, back porch is screened in with outdoor dining area.

Please note there is a 1/4 mile steep decent on an unpaved road to our house and a 4WD or AWD vehicle is strongly recommended.

Black Bear - Hike, Bike, Fish

UPDATE 10/07/2024: Black Bear is fully functional and is road accessible. Black Bear sits on 2 acres at the end of a winding gravel road, deep in the Forest, on the south side of Grandfather Mountain. It's convenient to many of the popular trails and creeks in the area, but it also backs up against some beautiful backcountry packed with creeks and waterfalls. If you're looking to escape the crowds, this is your spot.
